All orders are produced upon confirmation. Production timelines may vary depending on the type of product, order quantity, and level of customization required. Once production is completed, orders will be prepared for shipment and tracking details will be provided where available.
Production Timeline
All projects begin with an inquiry and consultation to understand the client’s requirements, including product type, quantity, customization, and timeline. Once the project scope is confirmed, we will provide a quotation outlining the details of the order, including pricing, production timeline, and specifications. Production will begin only after the quotation has been approved and the required deposit has been received.
Minimum Order Quantity
As most of our products are produced for brands and corporate clients, minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product type and level of customization. Minimum quantities will be confirmed during the project consultation.
Design and Sample Approval
For custom projects, we may provide design drafts, prototypes, or samples for approval before bulk production begins. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications, including design details, materials, colors, and branding. Once approval is given, production will proceed based on the confirmed specifications.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for each project is determined based on product specifications, materials, order quantity, and level of customization. A deposit may be required before production begins. The remaining balance must be settled according to the agreed payment terms prior to shipment or delivery.
Order Changes
Any changes to an order must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible. Additional costs or revised timelines may apply if changes are requested.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to production. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the products.
